An Empire residence joined onto its 18th century Manor, the Château houses a collection of objets d’art and canvasses from the Harfaux family, who are the owners of the premises. Impassioned by art in all its forms, Philippe Harfaux is also the talented chef of this establishment. Hunting around the fresh produce of the market to elaborate his recipes, he also cultivates his own kitchen garden at the Château and is reintroducing cider drinks. The cider menu here comprises thirty or so specially selected AOC ciders from regional growers.
